- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Sudatel Group, by identifying the role they will play information technologies and modern education Careers in the future growth of the group.
- Contributing to the increased training opportunities for Sudatel's workers, to serve the future orientations and aspirations through the digitization of the entire training process.
- Joint work with the professional staff at the Sudacad, 'in particular' those working in the field of information technology, to develop new technologies to serve the educational process coordination, and joint work with the relevant authorities inside and outside the academy.
- Develop technical standards and ensure compliance with them to develop e-learning outputs and conduct academic operations of all its divisions and units.

- building a digital library of specialized, and the latest equipment and the various sources of digital information in the telecommunications, computer engineering, and management field.
- provide access to digital library over the Internet, linked and integrated e-learning network to be supportive of the educational and training process, within Sudatel's group and outside.
- Work on the network configuration and continue co-operation with libraries and information centers specialized in information communication technology, inside and outside Sudan, to serve the general orientation of the academic library and Sudatel Group's strategy.
- participate actively and effectively in professional associations and other scientific conferences with counterparts in the field of academia.
- contribute via e-learning systems to increasing training opportunities and develop cadres employee skills set Sudatel in all parts of Sudan States and Territories terminal to make the best use of e-learning systems, so as to achieve them keep abreast of developments in their fields.
